Your driver will pick you up at the hotel, vacation rental or address confirmed in your reservation. You will also receive a contact number for reporting delays or unexpected changes.
Transportation services must be paid in full before the reservation can be confirmed.
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Last-minute cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, including cancellations caused by travel changes, illness or other circumstances, are non-refundable.
Approved cancellations will receive a refund minus the 5% Stripe processing and transaction fee.
