Your reservation confirmation will include the agreed pickup instructions. For a station pickup, your driver will meet you at the confirmed pickup point at Merida Teya Station, and you will receive a contact number for reporting delays or unexpected changes.
Transportation services must be paid in full before the reservation can be confirmed.
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Last-minute cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, including cancellations caused by flight delays, flight cancellations or illness, are non-refundable.
Approved cancellations will receive a refund minus the 5% Stripe processing and transaction fee.
