Great question! Thankfully, our reservation system is quite simple to use. Here are the instructions below.
Step 1: Fill out the reservation form above OR by sending us a WhatsApp and request a quote for your transfer.
Step 2: Once you receive a response from us with a quote for your transfer, you will need to approve the quoted amount and make the payment via credit card via Stripe.
Step 3: After verifying your payment, we will confirm the reservation in our system and you’ll receive an email with the contact details for your transfer in case of any changes, delays, cancellations, etc.
IMPORTANT: Reservations can be made via email or WhatsApp between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm CST.
Yes, we do allow for last minute transfers but please note that we cannot guarantee availability for last minute inquiries. In order to ensure availability, we recommend booking your transfer at least 24-48 hours in advance of your arrival or departure.

All payments are processed via credit card through Stripe. Payments must be made in full and verified by us in order to confirm a reservation.
Yes. Our cancellation policy states that all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled transfer service. Please note that all last minute cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled transfer, including for reasons such as flight delays, flight cancellations, sickness, etc are non-refundable.
All valid, confirmed cancellations will receive a full refund of their payment minus 5% transaction fee (Stripe processing/transaction fee).
